Mrs. Hasmik is the taste and smell of our restaurant and the author of our unique recipes.
We started our restaurant business with only 4 tables. We had a kitchen in the new area, where I already had an assistant. We worked like this for four years. The buildings were not made of stone, it was hot in summer and cold in winter. Regular customers encouraged us to develop and work in a better place.
5 years ago we decided to move to Parpets 26 and opened Yasmine Restaurant, we had no problem from the beginning because customers continued to visit this restaurant as well.
We serve traditional meals in the restaurant. Here, our guests taste everything that I have prepared for my children and husband for years. I learned the cooking methods mainly from my mother. The restaurant opens at 11 am. Syrian cuisine has many types of breakfast. In the morning, they come to us to eat "Ful", which is a dish with dried bakla, sour spices and garlic. It has a special taste. Just as kash is accepted in Armenia, Syrian Armenians eat "Ful" in the morning. Sometimes we make it with a sour taste, and sometimes we add tahini and it turns out to be a more acceptable taste for the locals.
This restaurant is our home and our customers are like our guests. As we eat at home, we serve the same and we pay attention to everything. I, my husband, my son, his wife and my grandson are here every day, we follow what the customer orders, we kindly accept the remarks and opinions. We always want to receive good reviews.
